I am so happy to announce that we’ve opened our first little shop in cyberspace ! We have gotten so many requests already for an online shop. We are starting small and plan to grow into a full e-store that offers a full selection of fabulous handpicked Olive and Bean products.

It is absolutely mind blowing how quickly the last 10 months have passed. In ten months a small seed of inspiration has blossomed into something even more exciting than I imagined. The boutique is taking shape and for every project I complete I think of three more that I want to accomplish. We are receiving the last handful of deliveries and tackling the monstrous task of entering all of our inventory into our computer. The Village of Centennial Springs is hosting a family movie and free ice cream event on July 19th. We plan to be open and ready for business by then!

I’m sure you have heard a million horror stories about contractors and the nightmare they can create for a homeowner or business owner. I have had the pleasure of working with an absolutely fabulous Las Vegas contractor. Their customer service, communication and willingness to go out of their way to make sure I’m happy has been better than I ever could have expected. I would highly recommend them for any project you need to be completed on budget and on time.

It’s hard to believe how quickly time has passed… we have only two months to go before we open the doors at the shop. Our garage at the house is starting to grow with boxes, cabinets, supplies and random store stuff.

The baby just woke up, I can hear her saying “mama!” down the hall. Guess I’ll write more later!
