For just $199 you receive a 15-20 minute mini family photo shoot. You will receive an online gallery of up to 10 images from which to choose your favorite image. With that favorite image you will receive an 8×10 print and your choice of 50 holiday photo cards with envelopes OR one digital image with printing rights. (you can also purchase additional images from your gallery, too!)

Wee Can Sign Workshop

Come and enjoy a free baby sign language class for parents and children, ages birth - 3years. Learn how to introduce signs to young children using books, songs and toys!

Long before they can speak, children can communicate using their hands. Babies and toddlers can show you what they want, what they need, and what they are thinking about using American Sign Language. Signing allows a child to communicate effectively with his or her parents and caregivers reducing frustration and reinforcing positive communication and behavior.

presented by Ry Steffen, the Las Vegas Dog Whisperer

in our Olive and Bean tent in the park during Woofstock

You will learn how to better understand your dog, how to prepare your living space and how to introduce new sounds and smells to Fido. Discover effective ways to make the transition easier and what to expect from your four legged friend. Ry can’t wait to answer your questions! Stop by anytime between 9am and noon.

Ry Steffen has over 10 years of experience in aggression management and obedience. He has a special gift for connecting with dogs and uses an effective approach without the use of harsh methods like choke or shock collars. His expertise is in such high demand he is booked months in advance. He is generously donating his time because he is passionate about dogs and wants to share the skills that can prevent a family from giving up their pooch.

Full House at Music Class

Yesterday morning was music filled! Our first class had a great turnout. Thanks to all of you that joined us. We sang, hummed, danced, played with instruments and enjoyed spending time with the little ones. We hope that you had as much fun as we did. There are still openings for the Saturday Music Together class here at Olive and Bean. It starts September 13th and is every Saturday morning at 10 a.m for ten weeks. Music Together is a delightful, joyous approach to music-making with your child.

For infants, toddlers, preschoolers and the adults who love them, this exceptional program offers families an opportunity to sing, dance and play rhythm instruments together in a relaxed, playful, non-performance-oriented setting.  It nourishes parents’ efforts to create a rich musical environment at home, regardless of their musical abilities.
Classes are specifically designed to accommodate the unique learning styles of the very young while being highly engaging to their adult companions.  Activities are designed so that ALL ages can participate happily at their own level, no matter their aptitude or skill.

Music Together is based on the philosophy that all children are musical; you may be surprised to find that you are too!
