A little history on the baby hammock…

While the exact origin of the hammock is unknown, it is widely believed that the hammock was born out of necessity over 800 years ago in Pre-Columbian Latin America. The Mayans knew the hammock was an ideal sleep system for infants.

The secure design wraps around the baby simulating the experience in the womb and the rhythmic swaying comforts and calms infants. The baby hammock has proven to provide relief for colic, reflux, short nappers and restless sleepers.

It is recommended that you use your Hushamok until baby is about 22 lbs. The hammock comes with a carry tote for traveling, the whole thing is just over 20 lbs… not bad!
